here are some wings that i did on the rib-o-lator they came out fantastic.
i marinated them in wishbone Italian dressing overnight (it taste the best) and then i seasoned them with Montreal steak seasoning and cooked for about 1hr at 300-325 grill temp.

 they where tender, juicy, and the flavor was great. a must try.


1. Gas UDS
1. charcoal UDS
1. Big gasser
2. 22.5 kettles
1. Auspit
a torch and weed burner in case the others fail,
and a few Rib-O-lators (ROL)
Buford UDS and kettle diffuser

Dang Bob, you got my stomach gurgling even before I saw the picture.  That double punch of marinade and Montreal sounds like a great way to do wings.

I did some tasty thighs on the ROL this week, but forgot to document it.  I tried the Simply Marvelous (Pecan) stuff on there for the first time.  Tasty!
