I was going to do that mod with the I bolt,  but was in a hurry,  just another idea with the bucket,  turns out I kinda like the bucket because I can make adjustments easily with the table.   Funny how great minds work.  Thanks Paul.

Yo,  I must apologize for not knowing how to post pictures as of yet,  but you can see the results of my first loin cook in the Auspit here  .  I also did a T.V. show the following day featuring a rub and sauce applied to the nice loin smoke added with Sugar Maple.

Good job bro,  I was really excited for you guys,  thanks for the calls.  The video is great, and the new units look like a winner.  You will be getting a few orders from Utah.  Some of the members of our association are really digging the auspit.

Yo,  my name is " T ".  I am a restaurant owner in Utah. I have been cooking Q since the age of 6.  It is what I call my golf game.  My wife and I have a competition BBQ team called Utah Smoke,  and before that we competed under the name of Q4U.  I really enjoy the art of queing, and meeting the people involved.  I had a chance first hand to meet Johnny last week and spend some quality time with him for two days.  He was preparing to go to the American Royal in K.C.  I will let him tell you how he did.  I will be lurking on the forum and hopefully we can pick things up around hear.  I have a auspit now and will be playing with it big time.  I am also the founder of the Utah BBQ Association and another member has purchased one as well.  We are also a great group of people with lots of info, recipes, and willing to share.  Keep it turnin!

Yo Paul, I really like what you have done with the Auspit.  I recently spent two days with Johnny before he went to the Royal cooking behind my restaurant.  Spoke with him last night and today.  They place I think 228 th out of 480 somethin teams and I know for sure 31 st in chicken.  Great huh.  I did a mode on my Auspit for a stand.  When I figure out how to post a picture, I will.  Keep it turnin  " T "
